I'm realizing that goes for me too. I'm still shoeing my own, but it takes longer. Those 15.2 hand horses get bigger all the time. But I've got a couple good puppies and they'll have to cart me home from Montana or some field trial probably. Previous Message

Well, took another header. Didn't quite get clear this time, broken fibula and BAD ankle sprain. Lucky it wasn't worse, 1350 pounds of horse ain't to be sneezed at. More later, but I'm getting too old for this shit.
Paul, after more than 50 years of field trialing, the hardest thing I have had to accept is that at age 83 I am old and it is time to quit. The broken bones thru the years are now painful, and the next fall could kill me.
