Hell Jim, maybe they just don't like you! hahaha. Or maybe they're just a$$holes. I used to complain about the judging in some of the Canadian trials, but at least folks were pretty congenial and would help you if you needed it. Old Jack Moore, from Cutbank, bless his departed soul, never met a stranger. Some of the Canadians were the same way. You did have to be able to hold your own drinking beer with them, though. I still love Canada and miss going on up there. Maybe next year. The great sand hills still hold a lot of allure for me, and I was treated well up there. I sure wish Steve Leighton was still around.
