I check into 3 groups regularly almost every day--sometimes sev times a day. Facebook about the same.Sometimes I think I spend too much time on these places but other days I may skip a day or so. How much is TOO MUCH ? Depends on a persons life style I think. Some disabled people have very little other outlet in life--they NEED this. Others are busy & have jobs ect & cant be on so often.
A few I think kind of get too involved as a way to hide from making friends or doing normal activities.
Whats your opinion ?
