My state of mind is perplexing to me. I have lately been so sick of having old age stuff happening that it's put me in a bit of depression. Having my daughter here I wasn't able to enjoy shopping or site-seeing because I had to stop and catch my breath. My body doesn't respond well to physical activity. I used to be so active and it's hard getting used to it bothering me. That all sounds muddled as written but I'm not gonna take any of it back.
