Good news Lori---glad you are doing well. I think the plan you have is the best way to lose weight. Its almost impossible to stick to some of those crazy diets we see & hear about. And no one will really stick too long eating foods they dont like. COBGRATS on a good job with the weight loss. I now weigh almost 200 lb & in my youth & early adult life I was skinny & people kept telling me to gain some lbs. In my 50s I begin to gain & gain. Now I try to eat heaalthy most of the time & my diabet is in good controll for my age the Dr says. At age 81 I am not really concerned with loseing weight anymore. But I do want to be reasonabe about food & keep bl sug under controll. I hope you find a reason for the extreme tired feeling & that you will be able to post with us again soon.
