Still quiet in here I see
I had Dr appt yesterday. Got a good report --Dr said my diabetis numbers were fine & no complications yet. Then I got to do some shopping. One trip through Wally World (Wallmart) did my knees in --so I skipped Hobby Lobby boo hoo.
My knees are doing better but too much walking in the big box stores or anywhere sure can make them
complain in a hurry. Our humidity is down so my Arthritis is much better
