1. Lack of easy public transportation--especialy that there is none --nights or weekends

2. Winter weather here in Iowa--keeps me cooped up indoors a lot (I lived over 20 rs in Ca before moveing back to my home state--Iowa)

3. One of my close apt neighbors wants to be friends but has proved to be very difficult to deal with !!
