Right next door I've met them but they live in CA and only show up on holidays or some other weekends. On the other side, the mobile home was just put in and I haven't seen anyone moved in yet. I've been a couple across the street but they're houses are on the river (I only see their garages) and I imagine they loll on their verandas drinking martinis and forgetting the fact they have neighbors who don't get to enjoy as much.
