I have Direct TV so not sure what they are on with cable--but I get them on WGN (usually fairly late in the eve) --Underground is a series about the south when slaves were owned & their seeking to escape to the north --(the underground railroad--which was not a trrain but a series of safe houses --usually with hidden rooms ect to help runaway slaves escape)----
Outsiders deals with a large clan of people who live in the mountains with their own rules & live off the land--& the nearby town where people fear them but want to take their land for a project that will bring jobs to the area--of course fighting happens---but the personal lives of some of the town folks & the mountain folks are what makes the story line very interesting.
