I am honestly trying to get back in gear and post on a more regular basis. I apologize for not posting new questions before now. I'm learning I should not promise I will do something as my body will quite often make a liar out of me.😔 I have good intentions, then... well you know how it goes if you live with chronic pain or other ailments.
