Falling or being incapacitated to where I can't take care of myself. The arthritis has already grounded me in ways where it's hard to have the stamina to even clean my house properly. I'm going to have injections in my spine and we're hoping that will help the pain in my hips and knee. If I don't get relief I'll have to cancel my upcoming trip to Costa Rica.
