I like Dean Koontz and James Patterson too.

Old time favorite is Shirley Jackson. I like Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch (now a series on Amazon Plus), Ken Follett. A husband and wife team, Robin Paige writes Victorian/Edwardian murder mysteries and incorporates real life people in the storylines. I like a multitude of books with authors I don't remember as maybe I'll have read them only once.

In my book club we're reading a classic, The Good Earth by Pearl S. Buck. I'm liking it a lot.
