I have a list but I stray off it way too much. I shop every week or week and a half. I drag myself there but when I do get there I end up buying more pre-made stuff than I need to. I don't like to cook. I stick to buying lots of the same things, especially for my brother so he can fix his own breakfasts and lunches.
