I had a protein shake and water as I do every night for dinner. I have my largest meal of the day for lunch. I don't eat anything after my dinner protein shake until I have my breakfast the next morning. I used to snack a lot in the evenings when I wasn't eating healthy. Since cutting that out, it has made a big difference in my weight and how I feel. I honestly do not even get hungry at night. I finally have my mind in the right place to stay on my healthy eating plan I made for myself. 😊
