On my street, across from the Colorado River, there are more houses that are used for holidays than who live in them permanently, like me. So it's quite but very noisy when it is a holiday. When the Riverside Hotel and Casino hosts the Regatta once a year, it is really noisy. Not only street noise but river noise as well as that is the fun of the Regatta. People are racing down the river in those huge inner-tubes and people yelling them on, on the riverbank. Then the Harley Run when everyone shows up here and in Laughlin on motorcycles. Other than that it is quite peaceful.
