Joyce has a good answer. I have a neighbor who will agree to be part of anything--any group ect--she shows up a few times until it requires her to --do some actual work--re-arrange her life to be there on time ect--then shes done--shes full of excuses. She has no real commitment to anything. Just had that problem with her today---in a group I belong to.
