My favorite meal is meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn on the cob. I don't have it very often since I started eating more healthy at the beginning of last year, but hope to have it sometime soon! It's ok to eat like that once in a while, then go back on plan. I'm on a life journey and have found it works better if I allow myself my favorite foods once in a while. I haven't had a meatloaf dinner for over a year so I think it's about time!☻
