Depends on the season. Downton Abbey was one but it's concluded. Football but the season is over. The Bachelor (I know. I know.) just concluded with Ben. Dancing With the Stars starts tonight. I watch Bosch (A Michael Connelly character) on Amazon, House of Cards on Netflix. I'm also hooked on the past Survivor seasons on Amazon. On PBS I like some of the British shows but right now they've been having their fund raisers. On daytime I have to watch General Hospital every day and I like the GSN shows like The Chase and new and old Pyramid.
