I love Hot Fudge on chocolate ice cream. I honestly do not remember the last time I had a sundae or even a dish of ice cream. I have stuck pretty close to my healthy eating plan I made for myself and have lost quite a bit of weight since the first of 2015.

I'll have another hot fudge sundae someday. Just not sure when yet.☻ I am in the habit of eating healthy now and really don't even think much about desserts.
