I bet Jack Smith hopes he never sees Josh Hawley again. That deer in the headlights look of his was almost enough for even me to feel sorry for his crooked ass. If Tim Walz had been in attendance it would have been a good time to give Jack a tampon, or at least usher him to a safe space to gather himself.

I doubt Jack Smith is in any way intimidated by Josh "I ran screaming like a little girl to escape the Capital on Jan 6" Hawley. Smith has a poker face, he sure didn't look like he was even phased by Hawley's pseudo touch guy monologue.

MAGA Moron Eric Schmitt made a complete fool of himself convinced he had a "gotcha moment" placing Smith at an Atlanta Hawks basketball game in Feb 2024, when in fact it was discovered in real time that he was in Maryland at an Iowa Hawks women's basketball game on the date in question.

"Gotcha" moment failure televised around the world. Check out the video, it's funny, the smug especially the look on Katie Britts face.

Ya, that was not the best moment of the Smith beatdown, but the guy is so corrupt, mistakes are going to happen. Kennedy did a number on him also, but most of his stuff is humor based. Hawley simply crucified him.

GOP made fools of themselves. Screaming and fake outrage, not allowing a response is not investigating. It is a sh..t show put on for the purpose of keeping Trump happy.

Jack Smith will not allow any of them, including Donald J. Trump to keep him from the facts and truth about what Trump did on Jan.6th.

there is not a statute of limitation on the charge of treason and crimes against America. Trump will not be president forever.

One could argue any of these hearings come across as a "beat down".... business as usual. The Republicans were looking for a "smoking gun" and were convinced the Schmitt allegation, complete with a giant 4th grade poster was going to be just what they needed ahead of the midterms. Epic failure and Schmitt says Smith is still a "dirt bag" without acknowledging he was flat out wrong in his premise that Smith was in Atlanta.

Smith was unfazed and stood his ground. The fact that John Kennedy threw up in his own mouth was gross, nothing more.

Jack Smith may be our next Attorney General.

Jack Smith would be a great Attorney General..

I think he is a true honest man with the highest of morals and would be fair to both Democrats and Republicans as any Attorney General should be.

What we have now for Attorney General is a man who is loyal to President Trump and not to the Constitution or rule of law...

Trump's entire Cabinet have zero loyalty to the oath they all took or for the rule of law..

It will take many years to undo all the damage they have done to democracy...
