Incredible golfer, all kinds of charisma, but not the brightest guy in the world. He already got away with one accident when his injuries more than likely helped him skirt a D.U.I. He definitely needs a wake up call before he injures or kills someone else. So he wasn't drunk, but what had him so "impaired". Gotta wonder if past injuries got him addicted to Opioids.
