I'm not sure of Trump's motivation for firing Bondi. I guess he was not pleased that she was unsuccessful in pursuing his "retribution" agenda, but she sure filled the role as his personal puppet It is my understanding she is still required to testify under oath, but have to wonder if they won't try to use her leaving as a delay tactic in pursuing the Epstein files.
Interesting too, that Trump didn't find some obscure new position for her like Noem, but said she would be landing in the private sector.
