Funny how racial tropes and stereotypes are perfectly fine, even celebrated, when used by the leftists. Bad Bunny dancing through a field of Latinos cutting sugar cane, past some kind of drink stand, and then going to a bodega with a "WE ACCEPT EBT" sign? Are you kidding me? I was half expecting for his next song he'd steal a few catalytic converters off a car lot, before showing solidarity with other BIPOCS by breakdancing with his black buddy at a fried chicken stand in the middle of a watermelon patch. It was mildly amusing however, and maybe better than the game. I couldn't support the Chop City Seahawks or the Boston Left Wingers.

Not surprisingly, the meaning of sugar cane etc. went right over your head. How about the power poles - was that some type of stereotype or racist comment? Those were references to real things in PR and his upbringing.

You cant say the F word on live TV, Bad Bunny's halftime was illegal and I have a feeling the FCC is going to get involved before the dust settles. Puerto Ricans are Americans and we live under the same rules. Larry Fine Fla. wants massive fines, and I have a feeling he is not alone. I'm reasonable, Id settle for Goodell to be fired and the NFL fined one billion dollars, and of course Bugs Bunny to be fined tens of millions. I wont get what I want, but I have a funny feeling this isn't over.

Roger Goodell works for the owners of the NFL.

If they didn’t want Bad Bunny on their field during the highest visibility time, he wouldnt have been.

But he was?

Why is that?

Well, let me tell you why: the NFL has an aging, dying core of bucktoothed redneck fans who will tune in no matter what to watch their product.

You told them all about how you felt about Kaepernik and how you’d “never watch” again.

Yet, here you are; giving critiques of a halftime show you probably claimed you wouldn’t watch.

Goodell is going nowhere. They make money with him.

Outrage sells with your group. That’s your parting gift from the League.

They do not care about you.

They’ll make money 40 years from now with their evolving fan base that doesn’t look like Skid Rock.

The NFL passed Trump over 40 years ago for a reason. Each day, his opinions mean less and less.

The cult is on the path to being ignored like the sideshow it’s always been.

So one of the major reasons people hated the Bad Bunny performance was because they could not understand what he was singing and that and they felt it was anti-American. No one can convince them that the story he told was totally pro American.

Next, they decided to translate it and discovered it contained profanity. That conclusion is controversial and no where have these accusations have been verified.

Snowflakes to the max. The NFL chose Big Bunny because he is one of the most popular and streamed artists in the world, having been named Spotify's top global artist four times (2020-2022, 2025). He achieved nearly 19.8 billion streams in 2025 alone and has over 100 billion career streams, consistently topping global music charts.

Turning Point had Kid Rock.... enough said. Jealousy, bitterness, and sour grapes.

I have no problem with anyone choosing to watch Kid Rock. Why is MAGA whining about those who chose to watch Bad Bunny.
