The funny thing about this monstrosity is there was a lawsuit filed by a minority contractor at the beginning of this year, alleging discrimination by the company that oversaw the structural engineering and design. Say it isn't so Barry O. And of course the initial cost was said to be 500 million dollars which like everything Obama has surged to 830 million and counting.
