In one city, just one city .. which is Chicago, has 110,000 gang members walking the street.

I would truly find that stressful,and unnerving, not the National guard presence

Crime is not an issue Democrats concern themselves with and improving public safety is not a shared priority for them. They don't care.

I guess some MAGA take him at his word. I have my doubts about his guess at the number of gang members living in Chicago.

National Guard are not law enforcement officials nor police and have zero authority to make arrest. If the Trump Administration is truly trying to stop crime they need to work with local police on how they could be of real help.

One side is pro law enforcement, the other is pro criminal. Own it, be proud.

I believe that Trump announced the one and only arrest that was made in Kirks murder to this point. Do you a certified Trump hater really think he would give that honor to someone else?? Questioning a person of interest is not the same as an arrest. People are held for questioning and later released all the time. That's how it works. In any event I am not sure what that has to do with the out of control gang problem in Chicago and many other Blue cities across the country.

Is the lefts hatred of Patel simply because they hate anyone Trump appoints or is it a race thing?? You know damn well that would be front and center if the GOP were trashing a non white Democrat in the same position. Republicans are racist Nazis and Trump is Hitler, MEMBA?

Local police are outgunned in many cities and of course it doesn't help when fools like Johnson and Pritzker ask the police to stand down. Johnson ran on being a cop hater, and JB (though he is looking slimmer) only cares how late Pizza Hut is open. A smart cop in Chicago hangs out at 7-11 and takes it slow answering any calls they perceive as being dangerous, because the mayor and governor are not going to back them up at any time. Unless someone is robbing the 7-11 while they are drinking coffee they should simply stand back and stay the hell out of the way. The mayor doesn't care, why should they risk being shot? On one side you have the criminal element and Illinois Democrat politicians and on the other side you have the police.

Your first statement is false and absurd, considering you delivered it as a statement of fact. Your credibility has become flawed.

Kash Patel stated, there was a “subject in custody”.

And now to the 2nd paragraph, regarding MAGA folks believing FBI Director Kash Patel announcement of the number of gang members in Chicago.

He didn’t just pull that number out of a hat. Got that? He cited the numbers from the databases maintained by the Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department, the Chicago Police Department, and the Chicago Crime Commission.

Millgirl, do you dislike brown people holding official positions of power based on partisanship? It certainly sounds that way.

I'm noticing a new trend in the MAGA representatives here.

As a defense mechanism against any criticism of Trump or any of his unqualified, incompetent band of "Yes" men and women, the MAGA duo state it must be "hatred" of the moron at hand or based on the color of their skin.

Joe is the person who expresses hatred of all Democrats.

Some of my criticisms may be opinion, but for the most part they are fact based, common sense based, fairness based.

Here's an opinion, based on facts.... RFK Jr., Kash Patel, Pete Hegseth are woefully unqualified and perhaps dangerously incompetent.

Kristi Noem and Cruella de Bondi, may be qualified, but they nothing more than puppets for Trump.

What y'all think of a new foreign military presences on US Soil? Guess it's okay since Trump got a free plane out of it.

This isn't happening fast enough or at a large enough scale to satisfy me. When the Democrats hand you a generational opportunity to slash the size of the federal payroll you don't wait until after the Nobel committee makes it's announcement. Schumer will let the media carry his water a few more days and swear to those being fired that the courts will save them. Its a losing strategy but so was the shutdown to begin with. Chucks all but done either way and he knows it.

At the moment the top Democrat priority is Middle East invisibility and to hope Hamas wrecks everything. It may work out for them.

In recent years I stopped attempting to answer questions from leftists who in reality have no desire to do anything but quarrel with whatever answer given them. Its not as though you are ever going to go along with one damn thing I say anyway, so why would I bother?' I used to play the 20 questions game with liberals but eventually I came to a point to where I decided it only matters what I think and to get my own thoughts out. If you think the tens of thousands of Chinese Nationals that Biden let into the country were just peasant farmers I am ok with that.
