Every Morning at 5 am this company thinks they can Just do as they please and drop sheets of steel into a Steel container and it sounds like a Bomb going off. All the neighbors here are all fed up with this one certain guy that goes over there in the morning and does this purposely. The police we will be called every day and when the winter comes they cannot do anything till 7 am when the sun come up. This will be taken care of!!
I can see where this would be annoying as hell, but I wouldnt hold my breath thinking it will be solved. Also, how can you know for sure this persons intent? Stupid is not a crime. Real crimes in Illinois are not even crimes in Illinois anymore.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsHY91-qHBE
