I know that MG and the other resident leftists join me in thanking 47 for saving the steel industry in this country. Just kidding they can't do that, but if Barry Hussein had done the exact same thing they would be drooling on themselves while heaping praise on him. It's true it's damn true and everyone knows it.

US Steel workers went NUCLEAR after Trump announced they would all receive a $5,000 bonus as part of the new deal he negotiated.

I did notice that he never mentioned Granite City Works in his photo opt speech.....

Photo Op speech? I expected nothing else from you, but it's all good. Everyone knows that Trump likes to take bows, but unlike yourself, those people at that rally understand the difference between action and words. He seems to have gotten their approval, I don't think he is holding his breath to get yours.

You can't say, damn that is a game changer because by doing that you would have to admit Trump had a huge hand in it. That just can't happen no matter what. The ones who care about the truth know what has been accomplished. In these kinds of negotiations, you don't always sweep the board, you dont get evrything you want, but he had the determination to at least make the effort. Did Obama? Did Bush? Did Biden? NO NO and Hell No.

This has been in the works for a couple years. Both Biden and Trump were against Japan owning USS because of National Security. Last year he was against a foreign Company owning a US Steel Plant.
He wanted to keep it an American Company.

The question is why did Trump change his mind and decide that it is good for America to sell USS to Japan.

Japan owned the majority of USS when it was National Steel and bankrupted it. Screwed the workers out of their pensions as well as screwing many contractors,

That is just a couple reasons I will wait to see what "The Deal" is until more information is available.

It was in the works for years, sure it was and it was just by luck that things seem to be coming together now. Ya, go with that, it lessens the pain of having to admit Trump was the catalyst for this going down. I know that would be hard for you to live with.
