Abrego Garcia, who has been in the US legally since 2019, has never been charged, tried, or convicted of any crime. He was pulled from his car by ICE, in front of his 5 year old autistic son.

He's now in a notorious El Salvador jail.

The Musk/Trump administration has confirmed, on record, that this was a mistake due to a "clerical error". They claim they can't get him back. Bullsh*t to the max.

The US is paying El Salvador to incarcerate these deportees, there is no reason he can't be returned to the U.S.

Yes, he could be brought back.

Trump and his administration do not care about right and wrong. Trump showed is lack of respect for law when he defied the judges ruling on removing people with out due process.

It is all about getting numbers to keep his base happy. (Many of who seem to think non citizens are less then human)

Abrego Garcia is not an American citizen, the child is a step-son who Abrego has not attempted to adopt making the child his own.

I don’t think you would give a flying flip about Abrego and his situation if this clerical error took place under Obama or Biden.

Interesting that the plight of Abrego (MS-113 member or not) takes precedence in mentioning over the peaceful gathering of a TPUSA event being violently attacked (physically assaulting members and destroying expensive equipment) by ANTIFA vigilantes.

I don't care who this happened under, a judge has now ordered he be brought back.

You don't have to legally adopt a child for you to love and treat him as your own. Irrelevant to his plight.

That last paragraph has nothing to do with my post, I am not surprised.

Do you have any empathy at all for fellow human beings that don't
adhere to your beliefs?

If you want to judge people and clearly you do, jumping to conclusions is not a good cognitive function to have. It’s like a mental shortcut or mentally lazy where a person assumes intuition as being sound when in reality, it’s severely biased.
