Because they are anti American, they would rather take care of illegals and criminals. Not surprised by this at all .

Because the reduction in Taxes and Balance Budgets block the opportunities to fund their money laundering kickback schemes. Tax the american citizen, give it to an unregulated USAID and wallah the ability to funnel some of that back to our favorite politicians in DC or send to third world countries for bullshit is created. Cut off the head of the snake and problem solved.
