A Federal judge issued a ruling late Friday that allows Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to continue accessing sensitive data at the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Despite the judge’s privacy concerns, his decision came down to whether or not DOGE is considered an “agency.” After hearing arguments from both sides on Friday, Bates ultimately decided that DOGE is an “agency” in the eyes of the law and therefore “may detail its employees to other agencies consistent with the Economy Act.”

Of course DOGE is an Agency, but not a government agency. The president can not create a government agency but can use and outside agency for a period of time.

The employees who sued could not show any harm was a huge factor in the judges ruling.

As long as they can keep DOGE from the Treasury Department payout records, everything else is immaterial.

When certain fields that require treasury code in their system are intentionally left blank, that particular payout is next to impossible to track.

As it stands now, over four trillion in payments have that field left blank. Fingers crossed that Musk, Big Balls and the other IT specialists he has on his team, will be able to hack their way to the payment recipients for the whole world to see.

And no matter what they prove, half of this country would prefer a dry anal probe than admit what's been going on. I'm sure both left and right criminals would be exposed.

No widespread fraud? This cannot be a serious question. Like the election itself, this is too big to rig. Neither side is coming out of this unscathed, and I don't care who did what, I want it exposed in all its cancerous glory.

It's been rumored for years that Fort Knox sits empty. Someone call Giraldo, let him be with Elon when he opens the vault....it's happening folks! The gold has not been audited since the 1970's, hope those rumors aren't true. How embarrassing would that be?

Another rumor is that gold is being moved from the U.K. to Fort Knox on the sly, trying to beat Elon and Giraldo to the punch.

Grab some popcorn and stream a little "Goldfinger" while we wait.

If there is fraud, I want it exposed too, but show me the proof. Much of the savings I've seen so far are from savings on real estate leases on offices no longer need because they fired or downsized.

I only deal in the truth, Ms Blu. If this 2 hour video is proof (I'm not listening to this whinny guy talk for 2 hours), put it on the DOGE website along with what's being done about it.

Why can't "you people" accept that "we people" are just as interested in rooting out actual fraud, but don't believe this chainsaw approach, disregard for the law, massive firings without just cause are not the way to go about doing it.

So far I have seen nothing in the way of proof..A post on X is not showing proof.

I am sure there is plenty of waste that can be eliminated by going through Congress and stopping or changing some programs.

The way it is being done now, by people who have no idea of these programs or how they work and just slashing and burning is mostly not legal. Congress controls the money, not President Musk or Trump...
