Musk posted a table showing the tabulated number of existing U.S. citizens accounted for at the SSA on Sunday.

While the ages of Americans aged zero through 99 was on track for the U.S. population, once the ages got to upwards of 100-years-old it got much more unbelievable.

There are, according to Musk's spreadsheet, more than 4.7 million people aged between 100 and 109. And there is at least one person aged above 360 and another still in the system who is in their 240s.

A shocking 1,039 people are still alive in the SSA database who are between the ages of 220 and 229, Musk's analysis finds.

Even if these are all correct and all those people get a check we will not get any of it as a refund. Remember that Trump needs 2.8 trillion to fund his tax cuts for the wealthy.

I do know in 2021 when Social Security was last under some sort of audit they did find .048% errors..Still a lot of money given the vast amount of Social Security paid out. It amounted to over 2 million with around 800,000 being recovered.

I will wait to see how much of President Musk figures are accurate.

The question is.... are all of these people receiving checks? Databases typically have layers and there could very well be a separate section for the ages and number of people actively receiving checks.

Did Musk say they are going to investigate this further or is this just a "shock and awe" statistic.

Hopefully, they aren't going to just stop paying anyone over a certain age just because it doesn't look right. It wouldn't surprise me.

If you want to make a statement with merit based on factual groundwork, you would have sources at hand that supports your assertion.

You think people will simply take your word as fact, thus not takeimg the opportunity to dive deeper and form their own opinion even if contradicts your own.

I googled your statement of what you said regarding SS audits and there was nothing even remotely related, so, I needed better key words for the search bar.

You made it appear SS performs random audits of itself, but the audits are annually performed, but done so on security concerns, not actually the meat and potatoes disbursements.

Our government has become such a massive entanglement appearing as if the complexity has been intentional put in place.

In the future, if you lay out something to be fact instead of opinion, be prepared for a call out. If you choose to disregard, then be prepared for reminders.
