Opi, Trump was asked by Brett Baer if Vance succeed him and he gave an immediate No. He did say he was highly qualified. I think Trump envisios another term for himself.

An immediate No was a direct quote. Baer stated that by midterms Vance will be looking for an endorsement... Trump sidestepped that statement altogether.

By the. It won’t matter what Trump says. Obama delayed his support of Biden and Hillary. Biden sure as hell didn’t endorse Harris right after she, Obama and Nancy stole his nomination. Vance will lead the ticket in 28.

No rush to single out someone to top the Dem ticket. We'll have to wait and see just how unhinged Musk and Trump become over the next 2 years.

I honestly think Trump's immediate "No" was based on his belief that he will somehow manage to get a third term. I would not be surprised if he somehow tries to get support for Trump Jr. to run. He would love for the Trump name to continue to hold the office.... and I think MAGA would support it.

opi, Vance may have the upper hand now, but 2028 is a long way off. I like Vance, but prefer Vivek. I guess I'm not the typical Trumper, considering I supported Vivek. But the leftists say I'm a Trumper, so what are you going to do??
