No Illinois Jobs for J6 Rioters

MAGA folks will love this.... Pritzker has barred Jan 6 rioters from being hired for state jobs in Illinois.

Now maybe none of these folks wanted to work for the state anyway, but this is just another way that our Governor can give the middle finger to Trump. Good for him.

I really hope and pray no natural disasters effect our area, because we can forget about any aid or even compassion if it does.

If Illinois should have a disaster Trump will use it to get revenge against Pritzker no matter who has to suffer..Revenge is the most important thing for Trump.

I think JB may make a run for Trump's job, he is not saying at this time..He for sure is not going to be bullied by Trump.

It's going to be a long four years for you people if this is somehow considered a victory. People are fleeing this state in droves, I think the J-6 people will survive.

It will be two years..by mid term more people will see the failure of the Musk/Trump MAGA agenda..many who voted for him are already worried about the inflation that his tariffs will cause them at the gas station and grocery store...

When it hits the average wage earner in his pocket it has a way of changing minds....

I don't know if it's a victory, but it's a form of justice and it's nice to have a Governor he doesn't kiss the ring.

I'm curious why you don't leave the state, Jefferson County MO might be to your liking. No need to answer that, it's not my business and I really don't want to know.

Uh oh Joe, I'm going to agree 100 percent with Millgirl's comments. People except the diehard cult followers are going to become disillusioned very fast.

I'm not sure how starting a trade war is going to help our economy even in the long term. It may help the billionaires who can afford to pay more for everything.

When you promise a quick reduction in the cost of living and you don't deliver, it's noticed. When you don't deliver and instead you cause prices to go up.... well, that's Trump.

Perhaps one of the richest governors in the country can put them to work in his many hotels. I mean he probably has several hundred illegals working in housekeeping and other menial jobs so maybe it will be a good fit for the criminals of Jan 6.
