He entered illegally during Donald Trump's first term and was sent right back. It's not confirmed, of course, but it seems likely Zapeta reentered during Joe Biden's watch, seeing as there is no record of when or where the illegal alien reentered the country. Then he casually waited until he could light someone up on the subway. He should have already been executed.
Good timing though, maybe Joe can pardon him. Democrats welcomed 20 M Illegals into the USA in order to change the census for voting, and now they want to complain that the GOP is gerrymandering.
