After congress reached a bipartisan bill to fund the Government..JD and Musk did not like it..then Trump followed suite.

How long do you think Trump will allow Vance or Musk to make his decisions? I think Musk will be gone in 6 months and JD will become silent as Pence did.

Should be an interesting four years. As 3 Dee would say, you voted for it.

That and pay raises for government a big no. Slash all foreign aid. Start reducing overseas bases at an acceptable rate. Also, cut all discretionary funding.

There’s a cognitive disconnect among my colleagues who hated Speaker Johnson’s CR, but still plan to vote for Speaker Johnson in 2 weeks.

We'll see how long it takes for Trump to turn on Musk, although if there is anyone who he would ride or die with it would likely be the richest man in the world. Those that believe he has the best interests of the average citizen at heart are delusional. It looks like chaos will be the order of the day during this new administration.

I thought presidents had to be natural born citizen as provided in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution...
