I really hope they find out who did this. This is just heartbreaking

Damn, we were really hoping and praying for a different outcome for Colin and his family. His organs were donated, saving the lives of others.

This makes me so angry. This kid had a future and a chance to be a positive influence on society. The animals (yes, once again I said animals) who killed him deserve the death penalty by legal or vigilante means.

How sad for his parents to lose their son in this way and so close to the holidays. How sad that the father will wonder, what if I had gone a different way? What if I had left fifteen minutes earlier.

These vermin that preys on innocent people has to be stopped. Gutless and lame prosecutors and lawmakers should have to answer for their failure to protect and as unfair as it sounds, I hope their families suffer a similar fate.

You worthless, gutless, too soft on crime liberals caused this. As you eat dinner tomorrow and look closely at your hands. See the blood? It's on you. Biden, Harris, Mayorkas, AOC, former Mayor Busch. You did this. You helped put this young man to death. Be proud.

The former prosecutor helped create this climate also. I know the area where this happened and it's not Mayberry, but it isn't the worst part of St. Louis either. This kind of senseless crime can happen anywhere at any time its just horrific.

If they catch those responsible for this I really hope they pay dearly for taking this young person's life. And hell yes, whoever did this is 100% an animal. I know some people will be more upset with the offender being called an animal than for the actions the offender took. Too damn bad.

Opi- I completely understand the anger this situation creates, but don't pin this on all "liberals" - I'm a liberal, most of my family and friends are, we are good people, law abiding, and we are just as upset about this as any "conservative". Blame the shooter. This was a unspeakable tragedy, we don't have to politicize everything.

Soccer, if you notice, called out leaders by name because they are the ones who started the war on cops and the return the criminals to the street.

You're way to educated and well-spoken to be considered in that group. (at least not by me). I do blame the shooter and hope he gets what's coming to him. He's a POS. However, he's empowered by the very mentality of those I mentioned above. We've only had one President in my life that is as weak a man as Biden and that was Carter.

I would love to see a platoon of retired jarheads walk the street and go after these animals. This couple lost their son. It's not fair. There's no justice YET. Let's hope there is soon.

I don't know if I want retired anything hunting down these animals. I may like their wisdom to play a role, but I prefer younger more in-shape ass kickers in this fight.

This may be a tough case to crack, it may have been something as simple as a couple of teenage wannabee mobsters playing with Daddy's rifle when Mommy and Daddy were Christmas shopping. I hope this case is solved.

My mistake. There is NO such thing as a retired marine and those whose service is now in idle can probably still kick the crap out of ninety per cent of street thugs.
