I don't know if a single one of you follows sports, but damn the Blues fired Bannister. They remove the interim tag extend him a year and then fire him. I am not saying it is a bad move, but I do feel bad for the guy trying to coach that bunch. Montgomery getting 5 years seemed a little bit of a stretch considering his past issues with alcohol. Jordan Kyrou by himself may have him drinking again in two weeks.
Just kidding (sort of) I hope Monty can spark this team. At what point does Doug Armstrong take any blame???Damn, Tim Walz really really really wants to be a U.S. Senator pretty badly.

Yes I bleed Blue ! I’m not upset about this , for some reason Bannister never impressed me . I’m still upset we got rid of Chief . Kyrou is a disappointment, glad to have Thomas back but they all need to step up . 2018 we started out horrible and ended up Winning the cup so I still have hope lol . Let’s go Blues !! Be who you are and say what you feel..because those that matter don't mind..and those that mind..don't matter.

Banister was put in a bad spot, and I can't help but feel bad for him. I think Kyrous's days on this team may be numbered.
Armstrong has had more than a few bad contracts, and although I don't dislike him he is as responsible as anyone else as far as the issues this team has.Damn, Tim Walz really really really wants to be a U.S. Senator pretty badly.

Agree . I would at least like to see them make the playoffs but it’s not looking too good . Army has made some dumb Decisions in my opinion . Good or bad it’s still my favorite thing to watch , my house is all about hockey . My oldest son played from 7 years old through college, he has coached youth for the last 9 years . He is currently head coach for a varsity HS team , he still plays himself and his full time job is all about hockey . I raised a rink rat for life and I had no choice but to become a hockey fan lol I love it ! Let’s see what Monty can do , hope to see some pep in them tomorrow night . Hopefully this shook them a little Be who you are and say what you feel..because those that matter don't mind..and those that mind..don't matter.

If they can't win big, then have Kelly Chase and Tony Twist teach this crew to be 'entertaining'.
An entertaining losing team....is still entertaining.
I think Hockey is about the only sport you could pull that off.
Football now has too many rules, so losing teams can no longer be entertaining.
Definitely, there is no redemptive value in losing in baseball either.
One area where I have some prophetic words.... Don't be so sure that the 'storied' St. Louis Cardinals franchise is safe. I see tell tale signs of a Kroenke being pulled....with that demand for public welfare to 'upgrade' Busch III.
I could see a disinvestment in a team, and a threatened move if these WELFARE RATS don't get their way.
Owners disinvest --- losses on the field--- people stop showing up.... fans are blamed for lack of support.... while trying to leverage their welfare demands over the city.
I call that a Kroenke....and I smell it coming down the pike.
