While Americans were experiencing a data dump of Trump appointments on Friday evening, Montreal devolved into chaos. Pro-Hamas rioters tore through the city, smashing windows, setting cars on fire, and burning Jews in effigy. You know, similar stuff to what Antifa did here during the summer of love.
What set these animals off this time wasn't immediately apparent but many speculated that Canadian PM Justin Trudeau's recent pledge to arrest Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu was a factor in emboldening the rioters.
These Hamas supporters were given free rein to destroy whatever they wanted, as the police seemed unwilling to engage. Sounds a lot like a blue cities here when Anifa is torching American businesses.
Meanwhile, Canada had no problem arresting a guy who stood around with a billboard stating the realities of biological sex. They also have no problem arresting a woman for letting her 10-year-old son walk to the corner store. Those crimes needed a response.
As to what Trudeau was doing, he was too busy dancing at a Taylor Swift concert to get involved, not that he would have done a damn thing anyway.
When truckers peacefully protest over draconian COVID restrictions, Trudeau freezes their bank accounts. When terrorists rampage through his streets destroying property and threatening Jews, he dances like a pre-teen girl. The difference in responses could not be more stark.
