If the death penalty was ever deserved, it was in this case. Due to a liberal DA who is no longer in office, he won’t get it. This brutal man doesn’t deserve to be housed and fed on the taxpayers dollar for the rest of his life. A miscarriage of justice.

In a perfect world, he would have been beaten to death for resisting the day he was arrested.

In a perfect world, he wouldn't have been here. But for the grace of weak leaders, he wouldn't have ever had the opportunity to kill an innocent girl.

My daughter? I would have found a way to kill him myself. Prison justice may happen. For fifty cartons of cigarettes, he would be cut up so bad the animal that bore him wouldn't recognize him.

And there are hundreds more just like him roaming the streets. Heads should roll for allowing this to happen.

He got life in prison, no possibility of parole.

I love these little California snowflake mayors who say they will protect illegals from deportation. Try it. You'll be in violation of federal law and may end up in jail.
