I agree with "budget cuts on the way" Musk has said it will create a hardship on many but it has to be done. He did not say what he will cut. I am sure Trump will undo all of Biden's cuts to price of drugs and limits on out of pocket. Not sure what else will be cut.

He will need to find the money to finance his new DOGE department and well as the money do all the deporting he has promised. Something will be cut and you can count on the middle class to take the hit.

You do realize we have a TWO TRILLION dollar and rising deficit every year, right?

We have a National debt of 35 Trillion with interest on that debt of $989 billion.

I agree that the National Debt needs to come down...When Trump was last president it rose by 7.8 trillion. Under Biden it has risen 5 trillion.

With Elon and Vivek in charge of the new Trump Gode anything can happen.

But, if you allow your military to be underfunded like it was under Obama, or you make bad decisions with like we did under Biden, you then become weak in the eyes of foreign leaders and are more prone to be a target. Foreign policy and military strategy 101.

As for the tax cut, I take every single tax credit my accountant can find. Also, no one has ever explained to me why a millionaire should pay a higher percentage of his income as I do of mine. His 28% -35% is a much higher dollar amount that my 28% of my income. To that end, I won't comment on the Trump tax cut except for the following.

Kamala promised free down payment money for new home buyers, and she wanted to extend the Biden forgiveness of college debt. Those are both cuts to some and higher taxes to others because as we all know, nothing from government is free.
