A self-described "revolutionary socialist organization" on Wednesday announced protest events across the country to speak out against President-elect Donald Trump's victory in the presidential election.

Socialist Alternative says on its website it works "to build a movement for a democratic, socialist society.” The group's events this week will seek to challenge “Trump and his reactionary agenda” while building “international resistance to the far right and capitalism,” the group wrote.

Conspiracy theories are also beginning to be shared by supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris. Related posts are racking up million of views on social media following her decisive defeat in the election.

One post, made by a relatively small account, claimed to be “EXPOSING DONALD TRUMP FOR CHEATING MULTIPLE TIMES IN THIS ELECTION.” The post has earned over 17 million views.

“DON'T LET HIM GET AWAY WITH THIS,” it added.

If they can provide evidence he cheated, good for them. I don't think in states with a Democrat SOS he would have much of an opportunity to cheat. I think what bothers them is with all the people the GOP had in place whatching the Democrats, it may have curtailed some of their ability to cheat. Thats probably what they are calling cheating.

They are conspiring, that is not a surprise, and the Biden regime wont do one damn thing to tamp any of it down. They want it to be so disruptive that Trump will have to deal with it when he gets in. Blu - what has not been peaceful about it? I've not heard anyone crying fraud, which would have been the overwhelming headline should Trump have lost.

If you are suggesting that suddenly people should be okay with the agenda and character of the man who won, that's ridiculous. We still, so far, have free speech and the right to protest like every American. I don't condone and would denounce any violence.

You say "give him a chance"...well we have no choice, but we don't have to be accepting of his every decision. A lot remains to be seen.

-What will he do to end the war in Ukraine (he promised to do that even before taking office) and at what cost?

-What will he do to bring down grocery prices? How will he implement his tariffs?

-What will he do with the Affordable Care Act? Will people with pre existing conditions be priced out of healthcare because they are thrown into a "high risk pool"?

-What rights of people not like him will he try to take away?

-How will mass deportation take place?

-What role will Project 2025 have in his agenda?

That's just a tip of the iceberg. I'm not asking you or anyone on this message board to answer those questions, because they can't. We'll have to see how things unfold.

I agree with violence not being an option, but don't expect everyone to suddenly support Trump.

I've not seen anyone question the results of the election.

Dee and Millgirl are doing an excellent job of expressing their thoughts and I agree with both of them.

What scares me is that there are actually people who believe the rhetoric that Trump will destroy the country, that he will become a dictator, put women down and all the other hype the extreme left put out.

Biden didn't lose the election. Caving into the left-wing loons like AOC, Bernie and Kamala cost the democrats the election. The loss of the Senate and probably the House spell that out loud and clear.

Simply put the MAJORITY of Americans on Tuesday said, we want legal and proper immigration. We don't want boys pretending to be girls playing girls sports and we don't want someone with a penis in the same bathroom as our wives and daughter.

I don't mind people being disappointed. I can understand being upset but this gloom and doom bullshit and these colleges already setting up safe rooms for the little snowflakes who are so upset they can't go to class make me puke.

People say all kinds of things, but there is still a difference.

What is happening in 2024 are outside groups wanting to protest, some may have better intentions than others.

The difference is that it was not sanctioned at an official level.

In 2024 -- President Biden called the winner of the election and pledged his support in the transition of power.

Vice President Harris called the same person to concede.

What they have not done is throw an infantile temper tantrum and encourage people to storm the Capitol.

The date that the 45th occupant of the Executive office conceded the 2020 election to Joe Biden was.........?

The date that he offered his support in the transition was.........?

Yeah so what, some people who supported Harris wanted to protest.

Trump should have phoned Joe four years ago but he didn’t know about the growth of overnight votes and it was close in some states. By bedtime on the 5th, Kamal and company knew they were on the wrong side of the biggest comeback in political history.
