Cuban did apologize for his comment about women.

His actual comment was, "you don't see Trump surrounded by strong, intelligent women." I would argue he's got some pretty smart and strong women around and even those who vote for him are strong and smart.

The important part of the post is that he apologized for saying what he did. trump, Harris, Biden and Walz should learn by that. Most of us can forgive even if we can't forget.

Case in point, my wife forgave me for our first argument. However, almost 50 years later she can remember everything I said to piss her off. LOL

Ya, his apology was on page 97 Z, and only after a gazillion women reamed him. He got his soundbite, which was the goal, even if it did backfire.

Opi -I'm glad he apologized. I would love to see Trump apologize for one thing --ever, but it's not in his DNA. I do think Trump is intimidated by Halley or maybe bitter that she ever challenged him. He's his own worst enemy, he could have used her to his advantage but chose not to.

Everyone in both campaigns, surrogates and the candidates themselves need to choose their words carefully. All this trash talk on both sides is not likely to change anything at this point other than provide talking points for the media and further enrage even people who have already voted.

Joe - I wonder if you have a spreadsheet or maybe an old file folder you are filling with excuses, unfounded conspiracy theories, outright lies, in preparation for a Trump loss.

If you cheat and get caught, you get the death penalty.(Joes Law.) You have these massive fraud operations cheating openly, execute a few of them and see how that changes things.(You know to save Democracy) If Republicans are the offenders, give them the needle first in an act of good faith. It will never happen, of course, it would destroy the Democrat Party. These are the same people who change official transcripts, a violation of Federal Law.

His apology was actually verbal and broadcast on FOX and other networks.

He may or may not have meant it, but he did say it so that's something and it proves that he actually did make such a comment.

He is part of that campaign in person and financially.

It was pretty weak, especially compared with how boisterous his original comments were. I'm sure he released something in text and on other sources also. He is a part of Kamala's attack dog group these final days. It wasn't a matter of him misspeaking, he said what he wanted to say, and then it was decided that he needed to do some damage control. I'd love to see Cuban discuss this with Sarah Sanders on live TV.

Any woman or man who is smart will distance themselves from Trump, and not surround him, unless they're ready to arrest him.

In that context, I don't think the comment is sexist at all. No smart men surround Trump either.

Trump is a compulsive liar, he does it every single day and when it's proven he's lying, he doubles down, when his campaign asks him to walk it back, he doubles down again. He has zero credibility.

The first time I heard the term TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome, I was sure it referred to his die hard followers. I think in most sane and honest folks minds it should.

That's not right and hypocritical of any Dems to say that.

It's also hypocritical of you to take issue with it.

Unless there is some proven election fraud, some crazy undeniable event that caused the election not to be free and fair, you can't just decide to not certify because your chosen candidate lost. Trump did that in 2020 and he tried to have GA "find" him 11,000 votes.

I'm not making an issue of it, I actually hope Trump does win and they refuse to certify. That will be a very Venezuela-type thing to do after all.

Trump didn't have the option to have a pretend water pipe break so he could conjure up some votes.
