Yeah, he sure said it and it was a mistake, he's our current President. It would be a much bigger deal if he were the candidate, he is not. No effect on how people vote.

So let me get this straight, the current President and Kamala's Boss can call people garbage, and that warrants just a little hand slap because it wasn't actually Kamala who said it. I'm just saying Biden's comment will not cause anyone to not vote for Harris. Truth be told, as divisive as this election is, some on both sides probably think that and worse of the other side.

Joe - that's fairly accurate. Trump and his campaign knew full well what that comedian was going to say, not just about Puerto Ricans. He could have disavowed it then and there and he still has not disavowed it.

He's stupid, he very well could have cost himself some votes Biden's gaffe won't cause anyone to change their vote, they were never going to vote for her anyway.

I agree. There is a ton of difference in Biden making a gaffe, an owning it and explaining he meant to say the persons who made the racist remarks were the only "garbage". Harris will lose no votes.

Trump may lose a lot of the Puerto Rican vote. Their biggest newspaper endorsed Harris this morning and many are outraged at the so called comedian and Trump for allowing it at his rally.

At this stage of the game, Biden's not going to effect anyone's vote. This was the wrong thing to say period. I don't believe Biden's explanation, but I do believe if he was lashing out in anger.

Harris said "I strongly disagree with criticizing people based on who they vote for" - I believe her.

I'll have to see if I can find a clip of Trump's Hannity, but seems a little too late for me when he was there. He may not personally know this comedian, but the comedian's monologue was vetted by the campaign. They did ask him to take out a bit calling Harris the "c" word.

If Harris had made the comment Biden made, it would be incredibly damaging (although, it still probably would not have changed anyone's vote) She didn't, it was made by her boss, it was unscripted, and does not reflect her views.

Opi - just my opinion, but I don't believe him. This is what happens to credibility when you lie constantly. Now he may not personally know him, but someone had to hire him and they vetted his routine before loading it into the teleprompter.

I don't think the candidates, particularly in a big event like this are in charge of the speaker's list, the concessions, or who cleans up the garbage afterward. Imagine an insult comedian hurling insults. The dude was a lightweight compared to Don Rickles. Have you heard any of his stand-up or roasts? White liberals sure seem to get offended and indignant for others quite easily when they think they benefit.

This was a closing argument to present reasons to choose Trump as the next President. The speakers list is quite different from the concessions and clean up crew.

There's no reasonable excuse for this.
