Cackling Kamala's campaign thinks so little of men, they figure they can get their vote by telling them they are going to protect their right to j==k off? WOW!!!!

She tried to bribe Black men with loans they would not have to repay. The Gimmee Gimmee approach.

She specifically targeted Black men so that they could count on a federal legalization of weed. Remember when she used to send them to prison for that?

She specifically targeted White men's right to diddle. TY Kamala for your understanding.

I will never worry about the economy or the border again.

I suppose when you have no real policies, you have to be creative, but she really doesnt seem to have much respect for her voters.

I suppose when you have no real policies, you have to be creative, but she really doesnt seem to have much respect for her voters.

Polls indicate that black and Hispanic men aren't buying her gimme free stuff approach. She underestimated that group.

I saw an ad today where her people are saying Trump will end the pre-existing condition clause for insurance companies. Really? He doesn't have that power. Don't people know how our three branches work?

He's not going to end social security.

He's not going to involve himself in abortion legislation. He's the one who pushed it back on the states.

Scare tactics don't swing votes and the polls are proving that.

Opi - I'm curious why you believe Trump couldn't end the current situation for pre-existing conditions?

Vance spoke about coverage continuing, but putting people with pre-existing, chronic conditions in a different "risk pool" from people who have no such conditions. The current ACA requires insurance companies to put the insured into the same risk pool so that those with chronic conditions don't have to pay significantly more. If that were changed it could price some people out of coverage or cause their premiums to skyrocket.

I don't think Trump has spoken much about this, but maybe I missed it.

As far as abortion goes, I'm not so sure his pushing it back to the states is the end of the story. I'm interested to see how that vote goes in Missouri. The GOP in Missouri tried everything they could to keep it off the ballot. That blew my mind, let's not allow the people to vote on it.

President Trump yesterday signed an executive order on a number of health care issues, including protecting people with pre-existing medical conditions from insurance discrimination and ending surprise medical billing. The EO highlights various health care policies that have been put in place over the past four years and outlines a framework for Trump’s health care vision, organized by patient choice, lower costs and better care.

On pre-existing conditions, the EO does not identify a specific action to protect individuals but states that such protection is the policy of the U.S.

On ending surprise medical billing, the EO says that the Health and Human Services Secretary should work with Congress to reach a legislative solution by Dec. 31. If one is not enacted, the order directs the HHS Secretary to use administrative action to protect patients from such bills.

On transparency, it also directs the HHS Secretary to, within 180 days of the EO, update the Hospital Compare website with: whether a hospital is in compliance with the hospital price transparency final rule; whether, upon discharge, the hospital provides patients with a receipt that includes a list of itemized services received during a hospital stay; and how often a hospital pursues legal action against patients.

During a speech in North Carolina, Trump also said that 33 million Medicare beneficiaries soon will receive a card in the mail containing $200 that they can use to help pay for prescription drugs.

Given, that doesn't end coverage, but it changes the rules, insurance companies could lump these people in "high risk pools"

Then the million-dollar question is, why didn't he do it before.

All of the things the media tries to scare people with could have been done in his first term.

Kamala gets asked every day, why haven't you done it in the last 3.5 years? Answer, because most of what they supposedly say is nothing more than political fodder or media twists.

What prevented Trump from being a dictator in his first term. The same thing that won't allow him to do it in a new term.

Why didn't Biden get his free for all college bill passed? Because he didn't have sole power and authority.

Again, mostly bs to scare the other side into getting out the vote.

Opi- He tried! His efforts to repeal and replace Obamacare failed thanks to John McCain.

If the Left is using this as a scare tactic, it's for good reason. Vance has talked about these "high risk pools".

For people with chronic illnesses that's a very valid concern.

But that shows he can't do it without congress. If there are enough votes in congress to repeal the ACA, so be it. It got there by Congress pushing the Obama agenda.

Which means it could very well happen if he pushes it. If Vance is floating the idea, you can bet it originated or is, at least, endorsed by Trump.
