Harris never officially had the endorsements, but it was understood by their editorial staffs that they would be endorsing her... until the billionaire owners of both publications pulled the plug on endorsing either candidate. Pretty late in the game to even matter.
Bottom line, they are not endorsing either candidate at the direction of the owners at each paper
