U.S. Capitol Police spokesman Paul Starks told USA TODAY on Thursday that police arrested 308 people on charges of crowding, obstructing, or incommoding in a forbidden area. They were ticketed and released.
Of those arrested, three people were also charged with assault of a police officer because, Starks said.

Three protesters were arrested by Wednesday afternoon for assault on a police officer, and there was property damage outside the building, according to the Capitol Police. The damage incidents are currently being investigated, according to the spokesperson.Trump ~ Global Symbol of Freedom

If they broke the law, go to trial, are found guilty, anyone should receive the appropriate sentencing.

It is easy to say that I suppose when you know damn well it will not happen.Release the names and addresses of the fired agents and employees, it's only fair. It's what the Democrats are doing to ICE and CBP employees.
