Harris has a number of plans to help Black men and none of them include offering them weed and free money.

That's your twisted interpretation but it's incorrect.

Trump doesn't need to offer them anything because according to him, he's already "gone through the roof with Black men"

Kamala was losing the interest of Black men, that’s why the overseer was sent out to drag them back using threats and shame. Immediately following that was the promise of legalizing pot.
