20 million plus illegals needing a place to lay their head. With Biden and Harris (taxpayers)paying premium prices for entire hotels and apartment complexes, places filled up pretty quickly.
But since Harris is offering twenty five thousand dollars for first time homebuyers, the remaining inventory will be available only for those illegals chasing the "American Dream". Those loans are repyable if and when the property is sold.
And you know every person selling their property will only increase the price by $25,000 in order to get their share of the freebies.
