I did not. I didn't fact check him either, the comment about the dogs and cats was proven to be untrue before the debate, no need to fact check that.

Is there a specific statement she made that was a proven lie?

Blu, just because Trump and MAGA folks have a tendency to take a fake event and try to morph it into something different doesn't mean it's not fake.

Is this unrelated event true or is it made up as well? If people then, in fact, witness such a thing, I would hope they would call the police as I assume this would be illegal.

You know, I really think dropping 15,000 foreign speaking migrants into a mediocre size midwestern town is the most irresponsible thing EVER! No medical history, no background checks, no nothing!

Who is to say the citizens are fearful to go to authorities? Haiti is nothing but gangs and vigilante groups. Biden et al have no idea what they have dumped into small towns USA and doesn’t care. How many hardcore gang members have come into our country to get away from being assassinated by another gamg?

I guess Republicans should have ignored Trump's demand to kill the bi partisan immigration bill so he could campaign on it.

Trump repeated a blatant lie, he got called out on it, ---to which he stupidly responded "well I saw it on TV"

I think Trump is delusional and believes all crazy things he says.
He has made many stupid statements about windmills, boats, sharks, disinfect in the veins and of course his off the wall statement last night, just to name a few.
He is unstable and getting worse with age and counts on his MEGA to except all his BS statements as fact. What is strange to me is that so many believe his bull and never check for facts to see if there is truth to his statements.

You don't fact check, but you know Trunp lies and Harris doesn't? I actually don't bother fact checking either, because I just don't believe either one of them. They can actually tell the truth and say it in such a way that is's a lie. They're politicians running for the most powerful office we have and want to get elected. I do fact check. While both candidates made false or misleading statements. 4 by Harris, 14 by Trump. I checked on 4 different sites, they all say basicly the same.

Fact checks are easy to do. The lies Trump was called out on by the moderators were the most blatant lies that normal people know are lies. If Trump believes them he is delusional and that makes him a danger as president.

Bob, I do fact check claims that I've not heard before or not seen evidence of being true previously. Trump has been fact checked so many times because he is a known liar and he's been repeating some claims for years and years.

Biden said "may have been eaten"-- and yes there was not record or confirmation of that or even that his plane was shot down. That was dumb for sure.

What Trump said before the entire country disparaged all immigrants, especially Haitians, created unwarranted anger in a town where anger and emotions are already running high, struck fear in pet owners, incited violence --- all by repeating a lie that was proven to be false earlier in the day.

That's not the only reason he's not fit to be President, but it's one of many examples.

And by the way, I agree those residents have plenty to be upset and angry about, but worrying about their dogs and cats being abducted and eaten is not one of them.
