I just went through the actual law and in my humble opinion, it would take 2 or more hours to fully reference all the sections listed and then having the tiers they are listed in.

I'd never heard of the law, but given that the post came from JPJ with his own commentary, I checked it out, knowing it was a flat out, blatant lie. Sorry, but it was more than "over the edge".

My problem is, believe or not, there are people who will view that, whether it will be here or other places, who will truly believe it, repeat it, without any attempt to find the truth.

I don't care what JPJ believes, because it's not truth based, but I don't like seeing people being mislead.

JPJ - the judge has discretion over whether or not the offender has to be registered as a sex offender. It's still illegal, even if the sex was consensual. This discretion does not apply if it was rape.

What I do not do and take heat for is put gays in the transgender category. And yes I did say that I do not support gay marriage. I also do not spend any time opposing it either. All in all, not many issues are of any less interest to me than gay marriage.

The one thing I said about gay marriage was that it would open the door for other behavior that I do not support. That's always the way it works, you would have to be naive to think it was going to stop with gay marriage. Baby steps.

Petey the transgender puppy would be more acceptable I'm sure. It won't be long until someone wants to give their dog a sex change operation. You will wait and see what the DNC's position on that issue is before making your mind up on it. Kamala will probably want it to be government-funded. Just so you know, I'm good with it, but I would prefer the puppy be at least 6 months old before he or she decides if they want to make that life-altering change or not. It’s an exaggerated version of the gender portrayed, Drag Queen or King and those genders are sexualized by theatre.

I don’t know .. I think society should have limits on tolerance (normalcy), otherwise the future could hold acceptance of deviant behavior including victimization.

I don’t think a person in drag should be using childhood “storytelling” to promote an ideology for reconstruction of sexuality.

All of that should be within the confines of an individual family unit or structure.
